A Cliffside Park, New Jersey, man is the holder of the single winning ticket in Tuesday night's $165 million Mega Millions drawing, according to New Jersey Lottery officials and the pharmacy owner who sold the ticket. The ticket-holder chose the lump-sum option, which makes his winning ticket worth $92 million before a 27 percent federal withholding tax, lottery officials said.
