The winner, who said she enjoys collecting horse figurines and spending time with her 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, encouraged other Lottery hopefuls to "keep playing!"Casinos on river hit snag, as Detroit Mayor Dennis Archer asked the City Council for an extra year to turn over the land for the city's permanent riverfront casinos.
