On October 17th, one Big Game ticket worth $39 million was sold in New Jersey. It turns out that the lucky winner was actually a lottery group called Lucky Lady LLC. As we reported last night, South Carolina voters have spoken, and the state will have a state-run lottery. On the flip side, Arkansas voters have rejected a similar proposal that would set up a state lottery and allow casinos and charity bingo.
