• 11:20 am – Store clerk stole $100,000 in lottery tickets, police say.  A Kroger employee was arrested Thursday on charges she stole more than $100,000 in lottery tickets.
• 10:20 am – 1 ticket wins $133M Mega Millions lottery jackpot.  One lucky lottery player from California can lay claims to a $133 million jackpot.
• 9:20 am – S.C. Lottery sales up by 3 percent; Powerball sales down.  It's early yet, but the multi-state lottery game Mega Millions has not sent lottery ticket sales shooting through the roof in South Carolina.
• 8:40 am – Lottery ticket thief tries to claim prize at same store.  Police say a 22-year-old Winter Haven man walked into a Circle K last week and stole $70 worth of Florida Scratch-Off tickets then returned to the same store to cash a winning $50 ticket.

• 2:20 pm – Winner of airline lottery eats winning ticket.  A passenger flying on a Ryanair flight Thursday from Krakow, Poland, to the U.K.'s East Midlands airport ate a winning lottery ticket worth 10,000 euros ($15,000) when he was told he could not claim the prize mid-flight.
